Our Commitment to Your Puppy’s Health
Veterinary Care Before Arrival
Each of our Boston Terrier puppies undergoes a thorough veterinary check-up before being sent to their new home. This includes:- Complete physical examination
- Age-appropriate vaccinations
- Deworming treatments
- Health records provided to you upon pickup or delivery
Health Certificate
All puppies come with a signed Health Certificate from a licensed veterinarian, affirming their good health at the time of sale.Genetic Health Guarantee
We stand behind the genetic health of our puppies. If your Boston Terrier puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic condition within 1 year of purchase, we will:- Replace the puppy with one of equal value (based on availability)
- OR provide a refund or partial refund (as agreed upon in writing)
Genetic conditions covered under this guarantee include but are not limited to:
- Congenital heart defects
- Hip dysplasia
- Severe hereditary disorders
Health Guarantee Coverage
- This guarantee covers life-threatening genetic conditions diagnosed and confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.
- Minor, treatable, or temporary conditions (e.g., parasites, kennel cough, or common colds) are not covered, as they can occur naturally in puppies transitioning to new homes.
Your Responsibilities as a New Owner
To keep this Health Guarantee valid, you must:
- Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them.
- Provide proper care, a balanced diet, and regular veterinary check-ups.
- Ensure your puppy receives all required vaccinations and preventative treatments.
- Contact us immediately if any health concerns arise.
Failure to comply with the above voids this Health Guarantee.
Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover:
- Illnesses or injuries caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care
- Common puppy health issues (e.g., worms, fleas, ear mites, or diarrhea)
- Conditions that are preventable through proper care and vaccinations
